I am a self taught artist. I don’t come from a long line of artists and I didn’t show any aptitude for art when I was younger. But I always thought it must be wonderful to be able to paint. So in my twenties, with the help of some books and a few night classes, I gave it a go. And I loved it! A few years later I sold my first painting. Thats about 25 years ago now!

Since then, I have been on a continuous journey, honing my skills and experimenting with different techniques and materials. My art has changed over the years, but vibrant colours and rich textures are always key. I want my paintings to spark conversations, and stir the imagination of the viewer.
